Kelly Adams has over fifteen years of industry experience, specializing
in QA Management, Software Test Automation, and Lotus Notes. She was Vice
President of Quality Assurance at Segue Software prior to founding Star
Quality. Kelly also managed numerous successful product releases during
her seven years at Lotus / IBM.

Automation, Web regression and performance testing, QA management,
project leadership, software development, quality assurance, and
training. The firm provides high quality expertise and comprehensive
services in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, QA Outsourcing
and Engineering Project Management. Kelly Adam's clients include Arepa
Inc., Segue Software, The Gale Group / Information Access Company, and
Ebsco Publishing. Kelly delivered training courses to companies
including Lucent Technologies, Bellcore, and Sears.
1996 - 1998 Segue Software, Newton, MA
Vice President, Quality Assurance
Ownership of all QA functions for Segue’s extensive line of
softwareproducts for quality assurance, performance testing, web testing
and E-commerce. Shipped 6 major releases and numerous smaller ones. All
of these were delivered on schedule and proved to be of very high
quality.
Built a QA team of software engineers assigned to automate software
testing while releasing products approximately every three months.
Automated over 50% of software testing on first generation products as
well as on mature ones.

Senior Quality Engineering Manager
Managed Quality Assurance for many products both in the Lotus Notes
and Lotus 1-2-3 product families, and consistently delivered on-time,
quality releases.
Technical, hands-on QA leader of teams assigned to either automating
testing or testing programmability in Lotus products. Teams managed by
Kelly included the Notes Automation group, LotusScript QA, Lotus Notes
for UNIX, and Lotus 1-2-3 for UNIX.

Senior Software Engineer
Software development, signal processing, and hardware design of dial
modems. Development work was primarily in assembly language or C.
