StarTest Generates Automated Tests Without Coding or Recording Test tool vendors believe that by providing recorders, they are lowering the required skill level so that non-programmers can use their tools. Unfortunately, recorders are generally unreliable. What’s worse, they produce test scripts that are expensive to maintain: users simply re-record tests when their applications change and thereby lose their previous investment.
